Cases from leadership situations in listed and private companies

This workshop will build on case discussions around the following headings:

• Challenge as a leader in a matrix organisation.
  – Different agendas within the same company can make or break your day.
• Turn around leadership.
  – An example from real life from 500MSEK to 300MSEK run rate over night. Already at 500MSEK the profitability goals were not met, and now 40% of sales disappeared more or less overnight.
• How can a leader handle difficult tasks in an unknown culture?
  – You know your being misled – examples from difficult situations in another culture and with remote leadership situation.
